Welcome to Prime Fit by Sarah, a home created for the midlife woman, the pregnant woman and the post natal woman and any woman that values their health, strength and wellbeing.  

As a woman experiencing perimenopause and all its glorious symptoms, I quickly understood that in the field of health and wellbeing women were underserved and underrepresented. So through comprehensive training and education I retrained from an evidence based standpoint to become one of the very few Strength and Performance Coaches in Ireland that specialises in female health.
 
By keeping my finger on the pulse of all the latest evidence based research Prime Fit by Sarah has empowered hundreds of women through the perimenopause transition further enhancing their health through:

    * injury prevention
    * education
    * bone density

 All specifically designed around the hormonal midlife changes and the subsequent physiological and mental impact thereon. The side effects include better mental health, improved confidence and clarity.

How I can help you

If you are a midlife woman the chances are you are frustrated with what is happening to your body & health at this time of life. I support you through this and provide you with clarity in a confusing time .

You'll walk away empowered with knowledge & the re-instated confidence you deserve. My Prime Fit coaching and specific nutritional guidance required at this time of life simplifies will optimise your journey through this phase of life. I designed the Prime Fit program to be flexible for you. You can work with me remotely, in person, a hybrid of both or join one of my in person women's strength classes.

 As a qualified Peri to Post Menopause coach I coach you in all aspects of strength, provide you with nutrition guidance where needed, and offer wellness advice, knowledge & coaching in what exactly is happening to your body at this time of life.

I'm also a qualified Pregnancy strength coach and Post Natal return to strength coach. But you don't have to necessarily fit in either of these categories to work with me. Just being a woman & wanting to get strong and healthy is enough !
